Janusz has played a key role in the establishment of FISK and its development in Warsaw. He has more than 15 years’ experience in international business, specifically in sales, logistics and administration. As a fluent Polish, German, English and Russian speaker, Janusz regularly assists foreign investors, particularly from Germany, Switzerland and Austria to set up and manage their businesses in Poland. Janusz closly cooperates with Baker Tilly Poland as well as General Manager for Intergest in Poland.

As FISK's Chief Operating Officer, Paweł has been closely involved with FISK's establishment and financial administration. Paweł has direct practical experience in the use of financial and treasury products as well as he is a registered Polish auditor and FCCA. Paweł is also Group Finance Director for Baker Tilly Poland and Baker Tilly Czech Republic.

Aleksander is a highly experienced commercial and company law practitioner, with specific expertise in capital transactions (particularly M&A). He has led legal due diligence processes on many occasions, including for more complex cross-border projects and investment realizations. He regularly deals with contract law issues, including cross-jurisdictional contracts, and has also supervised the building and restructuring processes of numerous international capital groups and holding structures.

Ewa joined FISK in early 2011 and is responsible for management of the FISK Business Centre as well as all general co-ordination and administration in relation to FISK. A law school graduate with specific expertise in European trade law, Ewa previously worked in the European Parliament and the Polish Embassy in Brussels.

Tomasz has extensive experience in restructuring of companies, including, in particular, optimisation of processes and improvement of efficiency of the finance function, gained during six years working in the “Big Four”. He has participated in numerous projects consisting in the development of management solutions for large companies. Tomasz is responsible for the development of concepts of new solutions and manages implementation projects.

Artur is a member of FISK's management board and is responsible for the development of FISK's seminar and training program. His efforts contributed to FISK's close relationship with a number of Poland’s leading banks. Artur is a legal advisor with expertise in finance, commercial law, business law and taxation. He gives lectures at FISK seminars and discussion panels on the above matters. Artur is a partner in charge of the Wrocław office of FISK's partner law firm, TGC Corporate Lawyers.

Marcin played a leading role in the establishment of FISK and is now responsible for banking and financial products training. As a legal advisor with specific expertise in finance, banking and related matters, Marcin is a regular speaker at FISK seminars and discussion panels. He is also a regular contributor to FISK materials, particularly newsletters and bulletins. Marcin is Director of the Banking and Finance Department at FISK's partner law firm, TGC Corporate Lawyers.

Ilona has played a key role in the management of FISK events and the continuous development of FISK products. Ilona is also Regional Director of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, responsible for Lower Silesia and Wielkopolska.

Piotr was part of the original FISK founding team. Piotr delivers seminars and training on the legal aspects of financial products and services. Piotr is also a regular content contributor for the FISK website by preparing newsletters and posting his articles on legal issues written for Rzeczpospolita and Gazety Prawnej. Piotr is a legal adviser in TGC Corporate Lawyers in Wrocław where he is a specialist in banking law and labor law.
